Tortilla & Flatbread Production
In Tortilla and Flatbread Production, there are two steps to arrive at the perfect pillow-soft bite. The dough is conveyed on a PTFE Belt to the press oven where PTFE covered heat plates press and evenly cook the dough. The non-stick, dimensionally stable medium produces the best bounty every time. Fiberflon is able to manufacture PTFE cast film laminated belts with superior heat transfer and better release.

Contact Grilling
PTFE Belts convey chicken, bacon, meatballs, or selected food to the oven tunnel where heat is transferred through the top and bottom to cook the food. Our PTFE Cast Film FIBERLAM Series is especially resistant to grease or oils penetrating the Teflon belt because of the PTFE Cast Film that covers the entire surface of the belt beyond the PTFE glass coating. This makes for a microcrack and pinhole free surface impervious to wicking, delamination, tearing, and abrasion.

DRYING-VACUUM DRYING-FREEZE DRYING
Our PTFE Conveyor Belts transport grains and cereals to complete their desired baking or dehydrating cycle. Closed woven belts are also used to convey for toasting. Open Mesh belts are preferred when a flow of air throughout is required to complete the drying or cooking process.
